UKIYO November 2026 social plan
This is November’s Instagram, re-planned with your answers. There is one post every day, each with one job, and the plan now uses what UKIYO’s own Instagram shows works. Trend posts are the only ad-hoc posts: 3 floating days, and each has a backup post ready in case no trend fits.
30 posts · 1 a day
10 reels, 10 carousels and 10 single images
11 answers settled · 1 still open
Please approve by Sun 25 Oct
Please approve the plan by Sun 25 Oct
Week-1 posts are made from 26 Oct, and nothing for November is made before you approve. Each post still goes on the approval board on its own before it is final.
No answer yet.
Decisions
One is still open. If you say nothing, the suggested option applies.

The gift post: keep it or drop it?
If you say nothing: Drop it. 26 Nov becomes a services post comparing the two cleansing facials.
You asked “What gift?”. The idea comes from a clinic ad on your Pinterest board where a daughter gives her mum a treatment. For UKIYO it would be one treatment bought for someone else. But we have not confirmed that UKIYO sells treatments as gifts, and the 亲情卡 family-card post on 28 Oct already covers “bring someone you care about”. So we suggest dropping it unless the client confirms they sell gifts. If you keep it, choose the version: the LDM water-drop facial needs a real LDM photo from the client, and the membership version shows no price.

November’s first-trial offer
Settled
RM198 for CellLight 3.0 + 黑金牛奶光, on one offer post (Wed 25 Nov). It is the only price in November. The client just confirms it is still valid.

Deepavali, Sun 8 Nov
Settled
A quiet greeting on the feed that day. No product and no offer. We keep it simple to make, because greeting pictures get UKIYO’s lowest reach.

The toggle checklist and the MSilky close-up: animated or static?
Settled
Animated. The toggle checklist (3 Nov) needs no paid credits. The MSilky close-up (19 Nov) needs paid video credits, so we will ask for your GO before spending anything; without a GO it goes up as a still close-up.

The Notes-app post: which service?
Settled
Hair removal. That post moved into October (Sun 25 Oct). November keeps one hair-removal post: the upper lip, on 14 Nov.

Who posts, and how do we get the numbers?
Settled
Connected. We can now read UKIYO’s Instagram posts and their numbers ourselves, so the client does not need to send an export or keep a post log. The client still does the posting.

The behind-the-scenes reel (10 Nov): which room?
Default stands
No answer, so the default stands: a room made in the UKIYO look. If the client sends phone clips of the team setting up, we use those instead.

No. Your approval is enough. The client still sees every finished post before it goes up.

What UKIYO’s own Instagram shows
Read from UKIYO’s own Instagram on 14 Oct: the 60 newest posts (6 Apr to 14 Oct). Medians use only the 54 posts that were at least a week old. None of the 60 was boosted. Groups of fewer than 10 posts are a hint, not proof; most groups are that small.
The Chinese skin-reading posts are UKIYO’s engine. The three labelled skin-reading posts (1, 5 and 7 Oct) reached a median of 22,780 people each, and about 1 in 100 saved them. The other 14 posts in the current look reached a median of 821. The 5 Oct post alone reached 46,999 people and brought 56 new followers. Only 3 posts, so read it as a strong hint.
Chinese-led posts get saved far more. Since the current look began: 0.37% saves per person reached with Chinese captions (9 posts) vs 0.06% with English (8 posts). Every post that took off had a Chinese caption.
Reels in the current look are not working yet; the old skits did. Current-look reels: median 841 people reached and about 5 seconds watched (6 reels). The team’s phone-filmed skits from April to July: median 3,764 reached, shared about 6 times as often, about 11 seconds watched (9 reels). Two July meme skits reached 95,259 and 57,098 people.
Carousels earn the saves; photo sets travel. Carousels are saved most per person reached. The 25 Sep “Things I did at UKIYO” set reached 2.7× the current-look median and brought 80 profile visits.
The weakest posts. Festival greeting pictures (Mid-Autumn 498 reached), launch countdowns (233–330), price menus (896, 1 save) and English meme pictures (720–817).
How that shaped November
The skin-reading picture comes back every week: 3 education posts, 2 services posts in its style, and the backup on two of the three trend days.
Every title is Chinese first, with an English line underneath.
10 reels, 10 carousels and 10 single images, rather than the 14 reels the research suggests. Our own reels have not earned it yet, and every extra reel would need paid credits.
Skits belong on the trend days. They worked because real staff were on camera, so a trend day can be a skit if the client films one.
The Deepavali greeting stays light to make, and the one offer post stays calm.
Mix: planned vs your balanced 360
The black tick on each bar is your target. A 5% pillar is 1.5 posts in a 30-day month, so seasonal rounds up to 2 (Deepavali plus the rainy-season post) and offer and members round down to 1 each. Services gets the gift day (D7).

Good to know
The only price in November is RM198, on 25 Nov. No discounts and no countdowns.
Reviews and testimonials are real screenshots, never retyped.
No real treatment room and no other brands’ signs. Machines come only from the real device sheets or UKIYO’s own footage.
One reel (19 Nov) needs paid video credits, and we ask your GO first. Every other post is made without paid credits.
Your Xiaohongshu 8-pores ref is on 15 Nov, more than two weeks after the October pore posts.
How we’ll measure November
UKIYO’s Instagram is now connected for reading, so we see each post’s numbers ourselves. The client still posts.
Every dayWe see what went up on UKIYO’s Instagram ourselves. No post log from the client is needed.
Day 7Each post’s numbers for its own job, compared with UKIYO’s own median for the same kind of post.
20–22 NovMid-month read of posts from 1–13 Nov. We draft December’s plan from it.
By 25 NovYou approve December’s plan.
About 3 DecClose-out for the rest of November. We write what worked; December reads it first.
Labels: strong at 2× or more of UKIYO’s own median for the same kind of post; mild at 1.5×; under at half or less.
Each post is judged on its own job: saves and shares for education; reach and shares for lounge, device and trend posts; WhatsApp enquiries for the offer.
Never used: sales return on organic posts, one blended engagement rate, or boosted posts in the comparison.
Guests coming back (the members post) is not measurable from Instagram. It is reported as not measurable until the lounge shares its records.
WhatsApp enquiries can be traced to a post only if the lounge notes the post code in the message (for example 「我想问 #N25」).
How we work
Each week’s 7 posts are made the week before.
Mon
Study the references for next week’s 7 posts and check for a trend that fits the trend day.
Tue
Brief each post and make the first pictures. Test runs before any paid video.
Wed
Finish: type, colour, logo and grain. Edit the reels. Write and check the captions.
Thu
Quality check at full size, then onto the approval board.
Fri
You approve or ask for changes. Approved posts go to the client board with full-size files.
Sat–Sun
Fix round for anything marked “changes”.
Every day
The client posts that day’s post. We read its numbers from Instagram.
Offers stay at or below 20% of the feed. November has 1 offer post out of 30. Other offers live in Stories and WhatsApp.
No same pillar two days running, and no repeat of an October topic within 14 days. Both are checked in code.
Exactly 3 changes a month: one pillar moves by up to 5 points, one format changes, and one hook is tested with Instagram’s trial reels.
A pillar moves only after at least 3 of its posts have week-old numbers. A pattern counts as proven only after 2 separate wins.
Still to set up (none of it blocks November)
Post codes on WhatsApp linksEach post’s WhatsApp link carries a short code so the lounge can tell which posts bring enquiries.
Our post scorecardIt still judges Instagram posts on likes and reach only. We will add saves, shares, views and watch time, grouped by each post’s job.
Two brand notes still say RM99We update them to RM198. See D3
Device photosThere are still no real photos of the LDM machine, the small-bubble station or the IPL machine. See D7
A trend feedThere is no automatic trend sweep yet. The Monday check is done by hand, plus anything you send us.
One old calendar tool stays offIt adds “today only” lines, which break UKIYO’s calm, no-pressure rule.
What the research says
Posting 3–5 times a week grows followers about 2.2× faster than posting 1–2 times; weeks with no post fall below the account’s own baseline. Buffer, 2.1M posts from 102k accounts (Aug 2025)
Reels reach about 36% more people than carousels. Carousels get the most engagement per person reached (6.9%, vs 4.4% for single images and 3.3% for reels), so reels are for reach and carousels for saves. Buffer, 2026 format study
Published “engagement rates” range 60-fold, from 0.07% to 4.3%, depending on how they are counted. So UKIYO is judged against its own median, not an industry figure. Rival IQ, Socialinsider, Dash Social and Buffer benchmarks
Instagram stopped reporting impressions for posts made after July 2024. The current numbers are views, reach, saves, shares, follows and watch time, and Meta’s data can lag up to 48 hours, so each post is read at day 7. Meta Graph API changelog
